SEMINARS – TRAINING – MOCK TRIAL
Civitas Law’s specialist housing practitioners will be bringing a range of seminars and a mock trial providing legal updates, and practical hints and tips to practitioners as part of our Spring Seminar Series.
Members of the team will be providing training on 5 April covering:
- the Renting Home (Wales) Act and its implementation;
- Injunctions and Committals – getting them right;
- The Equality Act – pitfalls and problems for housing practitioners.
On 6 April there will be a mock trial – giving an opportunity of seeing a contested committal hearing from start to finish.
The training is aimed at Housing/ASB Officers, legal advisors, solicitors and trainees.
