Members are appointed as arbitrators, adjudicators and mediators in all types of national and international disputes. They are members of a number of panels and nominating bodies. Their experience includes working on disputes involving insurers, commercial and private clients, professional bodies, regulatory authorities, statutory undertakers and government. Members of the team are also appointed to represent parties who are involved in all stages of arbitration, adjudication, mediation and conciliation.
