Personal Injury

Barristers in the Personal Injuries team undertake all types of work, from complex catastrophic injury litigation to small and fast track trials. Nationally regarded barristers in this group are expert in Claimant and Defendant work. Claimant work will, in appropriate cases, be undertaken on a conditional fee or collective conditional fee agreement basis.

Several members of the Group are on the Attorney General’s Regional Panel and undertake work on his behalf in Wales. Three of the four Junior Counsel to the Welsh Government are members of the team.
