Employment
Jonathan has a particular interest in discrimination work. He has considerable experience of representing government agencies, local authorities and the police. He has been involved in advising upon and conducting internal disciplinary hearings on behalf of organisations in both the private and public sector.
Jonathan wrote the course work for the employment law module of the Bar Vocational Course for Cardiff University, delivered the subject and assessed the students as examiner for a number of years. He has delivered seminars and given lectures on important legal topics and is willing and able to assist in the continuing professional development of in-house lawyers and human resources professionals. He is the only barrister recommended for employment law in Wales in a number of the principal professional directories.
