The idea of Mair Coombes-Davies, the seminar, which is already over-subscribed, seeks to address how mediation can be used more in the context of public law.

Bryan Thomas will be introducing the session with the subject “Mediation in Public Law: What Mediation can do for You” and the keynote speech during the afternoon is to be given by Carwyn Jones, Counsel General and Leader of the House.

The seminar is also being kindly supported by the ADR Committee of the Bar Council in particular by the Committee’s chair Beverly-Ann Rogers. Other members of the committee including John Pugh-Smith and Philip Bartle QC will address planning and employment respectively.
