Nick Thomas-Symonds will end the year in the Court of Appeal, appearing for the Appellant in Kulkarni v Manor Credit on 1 and 2 December.
Issues before the court include the interpretation and applicability of section 27 of the Hire Purchase Act 1964. Nick is being led by Chris Purchas QC.
