Civitas presents mediation seminar
Eversheds Cardiff office, invited Civitas Dispute Resolution Division to present a seminar on mediation.
The seminar covered not only an overview of mediation but also preparation for mediation, key clauses in a mediation agreement, a ‘heads up’ for the client on what to expect in the mediation as well as the different advantages between a mediation and an expert determination. Whilst the most appropriate way to frame a concluding agreement between mediation parties generated a vibrant debate.
