Civitas member joins Dispute Board Federation
Mair Coombes Davies has been made a professional member of the Dispute Board Federation based in Geneva which deals with major international disputes worldwide.
Invited by CEDR to sit as an arbitrator on it new Credit Agreement Arbitration Panel which has been developed for customers and lenders involved in disputes relating to credit agreements regulated by the 2006 Consumer Credit Act which do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
