Lord Justice Ward has granted permission to appeal in the case of McGrath v Tucker in which Robert O’Leary represents the Appellant, Mr. Tucker.
The case deals with the difficult issue of how to calculate Mr. McGrath’s personal loss where part of the business he operated was conducted through a private company and should proceed to a final hearing later this year.
