The High Court, Chancery Division (Sir Alastair Norris sitting as a Judge of the High Court) handed down judgment on Monday in respect of an application made pursuant to section 168 of the Insolvency Act 1986 modifying the Official Receiver’s decision. The decision is significant in its consideration of environmental issues and a liquidator’s powers.
