Chambers is delighted to announce that, following a successful pupillage supported by excellent feedback, Owain Rhys James has accepted an offer to join Civitas Law.
Owain accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers' practice.
Owain attended Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg in Cardiff after which he read Law at St Catharine's College, Cambridge where he received a Gooderson Award. Owain returned to Cardiff where he took his Bar Practical Training Course at Cardiff University. The Inner Temple awarded him an Exhibition Award.
Prior to his pupillage, Owain developed his legal expertise working in the Litigation Department of Hugh James solicitors in Cardiff.
In pupillage, Owain saw a broad range of Chambers' practice by being supervised by Nick Thomas Symonds, Andrew Arentsen and Anthony Vines.
