Civitas Law appointed 7 out of 8 regional panel places on the Treasury Solicitors Panel

Civitas Law is once again celebrating panel appointment success with seven members of chambers appointed to the Regional Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown - at the disposal of the Attorney General via the Treasury Solicitors Department. The seven appointed members take up almost all of the eight TSols panel places for the region.

Jonathan Walters (Head of Employment),  Graham Walters (Head of Public, Planning & Regulatory), Nicholas David Jones, Joanne Williams, Richard Cole,  Mona Bayoumi  and Victoria Hillier have all been appointed to the Panel, part of the Treasury Solicitors Department and at the Attorney General’s disposal.

The Government relies on the Panels advice and representation, seeking candidates of the highest quality.

Nicholas David Jones, Barrister and appointed member of the Regional Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown, said: "Competition is extremely fierce - to have been appointed to seven out of the eight available panel places for the region is fantastic for those members and for chambers. It's also positive news for clients who have continued access to our experts on TSols cases as well as wider choice of panel counsel in Civitas Law."

This new panel comes into practice on the 1st November 2012 and appointments last for five years.
